Some
Hall Info...
Reserving A
Room
We require at least
a 50% deposit (excluding bartender fees) to reserve a room. As
our rates are low, most clients prefer to pay the entire balance up
front. Either way, should you need to cancel your function, we
will return your payment, less $100 to cover our expenses. The
bartenders prefer to be paid in full 30 days prior to your function
date.
Hall Set-Up
Our hall set-up manager
will contact you during the week prior to your event to discuss the
number of tables and chairs that you need us to arrange for you.
You may also inquire about hall access times.
Tables &
Chairs
Guest tables in the Grand Ballroom are round 60"
in diameter and seat 8.
The Riverview Room
has 8 of the 60" tables and 14 round 48" tables that seat 6.
The tables in the Ladies Auxiliary Room are 36" round and seat
4.
6 and 8 foot banquet tables are also
available by request.
We can supply a
good-quality paper tablecloth at a small fee or you may
provide the table covering of your choice. Ask your hall
set-up manager for details.
Hall Access
For Decorating
To create the
atmosphere you desire, we encourage you to add your own personal
touch to our room. Our hall set-up manager will open the doors for
you either the day before your event, if no other event is
scheduled, or on the morning of your event so that you may decorate
the room to your liking. To avoid damage to the facility, no
decorations may be nailed, pinned or similarly attached to the
walls. Discuss your ideas with the hall set-up manager for his
approval.
Use of candles as
part of a centerpiece is acceptable.
Alcoholic Beverages
We are licensed by
the New Hampshire Liquor Commission, so no BYOB is allowed in any of
our function rooms. You may provide champagne for a toast, but
refills are not allowed. To arrange an open bar or other
special requirements, please speak with our bar manager.
